This page describes how we handle information when you use pixclaw.io, including when you join the waitlist through our embedded Tally form. PixClaw is an early-stage project; we’ll refine this text as the product and legal setup mature.

What we collect (waitlist)

The waitlist is a short survey hosted by Tally and embedded on our site. Depending on how the form is configured, that typically includes things like your email address and answers you choose or type in the survey (for example country, use case, or other optional fields we add from time to time).

When you submit the form, that information is processed by Tally on our behalf and is also available to us for the uses below. We don’t use the waitlist to run unrelated marketing lists, and we don’t sell email lists.

How we use it

Tally & third parties

Tally provides the form infrastructure (hosting, submission handling, and their own account security). Their handling of data on their platform is covered by their privacy policy - please read it if you want the full picture on their side.

This marketing site is otherwise static; we’re not running extra analytics cookies through the PixClaw page beyond what your browser, host, or embedded services (like Tally’s embed) may do by default.

Retention & deletion

We keep waitlist responses for as long as we need them to run the waitlist and early access. If you want your entry removed or updated, email us (below) and we’ll handle reasonable requests. Tally may also offer their own controls depending on your jurisdiction and their product - check their help center for the latest.
